I have received the worst possible service from this company. We got in contact with ECC Auto Transport over two months ago, our car was never picked up, and our $175 was never returned. I constantly called asking what was going on with getting the car moved and I was fed lies for about a month before I was told that I would receive the money back. (I was fed the story about a car breaking down) I have been calling the company for the last month about getting my money back only to be fed lie after lie about how the money couldn't be sent back to my card and that they sent out the check in the mail but I never got it. I always got told that I would receive phone calls back but a whole week would go by and I would be the one who has to call them. Every time I call Jonathan is conveniently the only one in the office and conveniently the part of the company that deals with the money is only in on Mondays but they're never in the office when I call on Mondays. When I threatened to take them to court I was told that I am being ridiculous and that I can do what I want but my claims won't mean anything. This is the worst auto company available Rapid Auto Movers got my car moved in two days while this company can't even manage to send me a check in the mail. I wrote a post similar to this a week ago and recevied 6 or 7 phone calls from them asking if I could remove the post and they would give me my money back on Monday and it is Monday now and i have not received a phone call or my money back yet. I am not the only person who has had these probelms there are numerous others as well.
