We been having problums with ecia regrading a safe and and quite inviroment regrading are nabor and there not inforcing the lease with her at all she finally gets arrested for drunk and disorderly at 8 oclock at night after the police have been here 20 times and all those times she is drunk and being loud they use the excuse tht they had complaints on both of us but there is no police reports since my gf as been livivng here for 5 years for disturbence, and when other people have lived next door there quite as can be and we never had to call the cops but there saying its okay for her to thow parties in the middle of the night like two thursday during the week and my gf had to be up at 7am to go to iowa city and the police where called at 1130 pm and at 100 am and still nothing is done i mean there trying to say if we dont like the constant paryting and loud thumping music when its so loud we have to litterly leave are house and still nothign is done , i mean this women gets evicted twice out of scott county in davanport and me and my gf never been evicated and there using the excuse there where the problums, and there trying to make us move even on block over to get a way from her but we shouldnt be the one to have to move, and then this women comes in are house and threthenes and had to call the police, and so not only are they not creating a quite envieroment for us there also not probding a save place to live
