Economy Title 24 guarantees 100% accurate residential energy calcs. I found this company online searching for a good price and quick turn-around, these guys offer very low prices, and now I see why. Completely wrong, like the person who worked on my project spent about 5 minutes on it and there were so many mistakes, that the Building Department laughed and asked who prepared my Title 24.
I said, a consultant Hector Carbajal prepared the calc, the plan checker told me not to use this company due to past complaints from several contractors and home-owners needing energy calcs. Overall, a really bad experience, but you get what you pay for. THis company should not be performing Title 24 energy reports for anyone. If there residential Title 24 is so bad, I can't imagine what there commercial projects look like. Stay clear of economytitle24
