eCPRCertification.com I wanted to get certified(cpr) for my new business and found the company online. I took the test, encountered a problem after making my payment on May 2nd or 4th. I have been trying to reach the company via email through contact us page through the site and phone. No has responded or replied and I want to be refunded or sent my document. Purchased a CPR certification after testing online and never received document or a response to my calls or email.
I was searching for an easy way to get my cpr without going to a classroom which i already did but my cpr was expired 4years ago since college and it took forever to renew it due to my work deadline to retrieve it so i found ecpr online and thought i'd give it a chance.I took the test and got my cpr certificate as promised. They did very good and there wasnt a single problem for me so i would say 5 stars
I saw in the internet that the ecpr certification offers a test if i pass it i have to pay $29.79 dollars and i get the certificate ,i passed the test . they got the money ,but they never sent me the certificate I been ripoff by that company

We have checked our records and have found no record of any payments or certificate being issued under your name, teresa tineo. Please note, that we would not be in business for a very long time if we did not distribute certificates to the students upon purchase. Our certificates are distributed via email/download and/or via mail for an additional charge. We monitor our customer service phones and email 24/7. Assuming you are a real student, please write or call us and we will be glad to assist with any issues you might have had in receiving your certificate. Most important aspect of our business is complete satisfaction of our students and we work very hard to ensure that you leave our site with knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid and receive all the documents associated with certification.
