The address the claim online in West Sac is actually a bank. I'm not sure of the purpose, but I wanted to post the correct info.
They took our credit card information and charged us for services that were not provided.
We should have NEVER used them. They showed up in an old, dirty van. These were two very unprofessional looking and scary men. My husband called a number that said it was located at 1300 Harbor Blvd, West Sacramento. This location is a bank. We were rerouted to a 1 800 number. They are operating with burner cell phones. They are using multiple numbers including:
916-414-0341 - Mobile Service
916-621-7677 - Alex
916-340-4528 - Eldad
916-595-7241 (this is their main business line and it doesn't work)
The "service" man was named Alex. They are also working with a call center if you dial 916-414-0341 a person answers and says service and that's it.
If you ask for a business license number or an owner name they hang up. That is not normal business practice. Walk into any store, food, laundry, accounting, etc. A business will have a state license to operate. It is weird to hang up when someone asks for that information.
The garage door opener at my mother's house stopped working. She is elderly and retired. Eddie's Door and Locks charged her nearly $1000 to install a new garage door opener. The garage door opener they installed is a Lift Master Belt Drive 1/2 hp model 8355 which retails for $170. But they claimed cost $500 with installation.
They also charged her another $500 to replace the main torsion springs on the garage door which did not need to be replaced. Two torsion springs cost about $80 a piece. The prices these guys charge are outrageous. These guys are criminals who are preying on the elderly and people who don't know any better. They need to be put out of business.
