EduFirst Consulting Services, Inc. Reviews

I wanted to warn off any designers or trades people who are looking to do work with this (in my opinion) unscrupulous business woman. I was comissioned to design a logo, a wordpress website and install the educational programs onto the wordpress site. We were given a specific deadline and met that deadline. The day before the deadline the client changed her mind, and revoked all access to her site, and got a cheap company to almost copy the site over the next month and refused to pay for the remaining balance of just over $2300, for the website design concepts, development and logo. We had a small deposit of $2300 or so which 60 days later she filed a charge back report with her credit card company, saying we didn't provide the services. Now we have $2300 tied up for 75 day while the credit card company chooses who to side with, despite ample edivdence that the website site was beautiful (she posted it on her facebook page saying so), and she is still using the logo on her current copied site.

I now have developers fees, my own time and stock images that were purchased, which according to her report, we did not do. I will keep you posted on how this unfolds, but designers, be aware of this person's business tactics. In my opinion she set out to deceive my company into doing this for free. he reasons where that she sdecided she didn't like working with me and didn't like the tone of my emails. To my knowledge there is not "tone" button on an email. I was trying to teach her how to use the software and spent literally hours on the the phone with her trying to get her knowledge of the work up to speed.

I sincerely hope that visa find in my favour as this expereince has been most distressing and caused me to lose faith in doing business online. She was undignified, vulgar and downright abusive to work with. In my opinion her courses are a scam (she didn't even know how to use the software) as is her whole business.
