The EEOC Miami Office has failed to ensure fairness with other ethnic minorities in South Florida. Recently, I wanted to file and EEOC complaint but was disappointed that there was nobody in the EEOC Miami Office reflective of my ethnic and religious background. It appears that the EEOC Office is also a violator of equal rights for America's diverse citizens. From speaking to one of their representative, I was dismay to find out that there was a lack of Asians and Middle Eastern employees to asssist with complaints stemming from national origin and religious backgrounds in the workforce.
