Bought a car from them, two weeks later it starts to break down. I called them to report it ,said it wasn't covered in the warranty I paid extra for , for me to take it to their shop and I would be individually charge for that i took it to my own shop to save money . 2 months later something else broke ,try to take it back to the dealership to tell them I don't want the car anymore the dealership has shut down completely call to file a complaint no one ever picked up the phone or got a call backso here I am a single mother with the scent of medical problemsand I barely have a car to drive don't have the money to fix it can't believe they would do this but I'm one week late and they're trying to repo it send threatening messages to my references telling them they better send the money or they're going to come get my car. i would never work with this company again!! be warned
I have had a vehicle from Eldorado Motors for 2 years now. I still owe them over $10,000 which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only are the prices to high but the interest that is gained once you go late should not even be legal. None of the money that you pay goes toward the principal balance.
