Abbott Laboratories just has the worst , must unhelpful customer service. I'm trying to give their EleCare Jr formula to my son. All other formula mix the same: 1 scoop for 2 oz of water. Easy to calculate for an 8oz bottle. But not EleCare Jr. They decide to make they mix ratio for a 9oz bottle. Their directions say 7.5 fl oz + 6 scoops make 9oz. However 99% of bottle can't hold more than 8oz. None of mine can hold 9oz. And when I ask their customer service the ratio to make 8oz they refuse to give it to me. Very unhelpful company and also very iggnorant people working there.
