We called Electrolux to fix a microwave that had sped working. They made arrangements for a company called Huey to come out. Not once but three times they did not turn up They Electrolux then called another company Apple Alliance. No shoe the firast time then the second time the lady stated the technician did not fwel like working any longer today??? Shen then lied and sai well he was supposed to come next week. What kind of people do Electrolux warranty us. We cannot possibly that this has happened to. We are still with a broken professional microwave that was not cheap and no where to turn. How does Electrolux warranty guide us to absolute charlatans

I have been trying to get this company to honor their extended warranty (which I purchased for $244.) and they will not return my call. I have a broken refrigerator that is covered by the warranty, but they cannot get anyone to fix it. I have been trying since December 2014. Even the supervisors will not return my calls!

We bought an Electrolux Icon fridge when we biult out home in July of 2012. After barely two years liner inside the fridge cracked. Crack in the liner is about 16 inches long the solution given by the Electrolux is glue it and piut tape on it, which i dont find acceptable. Fridge costed about $8000 and at that price range the product should work way longer than 2 yeard before it plastic starts cracking on it. I belive fair thing to do id to replace the defective product.

My mother bought a Frigidaire coil top stove at Leons appliance centre in Winnipeg in October of 2011. On November 19, 2014 the wiring in the top console caught fire and the fire department was called.

We finally had a technician ( Zeno ) out to the house on November 28, 2014 from Midland Appliance. He said that it was a manufacturers defect and that the stove should be replaced alltogether. He sent in his report to Frigidaire/Electolux in Mississauga, Ontario.

This report has been sent to Frigidaire three different times to Muma and Nadra and they keep saying that they have not received anything.

My mom now has been without a stove since November 19, 2014. Today is December 16, 2014. Talk about a run around. Now I am talking to Mario at Frigidaire/Electrolux. And he has put me on hold for the last 35 min. I am really starting to wonder about the level of customer service in Canada. Now he is telling me that they will replace the parts but I have to pay for the Tech to come out and do the work.

This is after I was told that if it was a Manufacturers defect that is would be fixed free of charge. How is that for a Merry Christmas. My mother has always done much baking before the holidays, not this year. I am sure that it will take another week or two to get the parts and have Zeno ( the tech ) come out and do the work.
