Never, ever use this business to ship wine. We were visiting the area in February 2014. We bought hundreds of dollars of wine to be shipped home. Elegance of 321 SE Sixth Street Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 packaged it and shipped it via UPS. It was insured. It arrived one week later. The bottles of wine were ruined. The wine had frozen en route. Many of the bottles had the corks pop due to freezing. The box was soaked with wine. None of the bottles were salvageable. We notified the shipper and UPS immediately. We have been trying to get reimbursement since and neither will reimburse us. Both say it is not their issue. They both should be ashamed at their poor customer service and shoddy handling of this situation. Neither stands behind their work. Please be warned they are not to be trusted.
