This is probably one of the most crooked company I ever dealt with. These guys are liar, fraud and are greedy to the extent never seen or heared before. Below is my story.
I ordered some faucets for my home, I ordred them in certain color and finishes. I was told at the time of order.. "No problems we can get in any finish you like" After my order arrived, it was not in the finish I wanted. When I asked them they said it would cost $4000 more to get the finish done as they don't come from manufacture in this finish.
Unless you have a in-house attorney, I would not recommend to deal with this company. Beware of fradulent staff and their boss who never wants to face their customer because they know they lie all day long to sell their product.
