Require moratorium on lease and rentals....increase every year and no service...nothing is done to assist problems within park and many infractions committed on rentals..including vagrants moving in.....time for ELS to stop filling their pockets with money that they command and elderly cannot afford to move so must pay additional rent increases...ELS knows this right?
ELS Properties is a total illegal ripoff operation, they continually raise the rents and take advantage of the elderly and poor who cant afford to live anywhere else...the federal goverment needs to step in now and do something,the rents are so high the homeowners cant sell the houses and are forced to abandon them.... losing everything.The properties are missed managed and the tactics they use borderline the slum lord practices of old new york.The valve of the modular homes keep going down and they raise the rent.
