Hired this law firm in April. Was told it would take 1 month to handle my fiance's case. We sent in the payment required and set up monthly payments until bill was paid in full. Once we hired this firm and paid deposit that was the last time we spoke to an attorney. My fiance called at least 2 times a week only to get a call back from the secretary. It is now mid July, we found out last week the firm fired the attorney that was assigned to us (OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO). No one ever called to tell us he was fired nor did they call to say who the new attorney was that will be taking over my fiances case. They have no problem calling about money, yet do nothing to earn it. My fiance's hearing was scheduled for 7/17/15 (this would have been the 3rd hearing) but because he did not send in a payment they will not go to the hearing. They charged my fiance $2,000.00 for take on his case, he has already paid $1,000.00. Mind you again this has been since APRIl 2015. They want paid but wont even call you to tell you what is going on. THE ONLY PERSON YOU WILL SPEAK TO IS THE SECRETARY OR RECEPTIONIST!!!! THIS WAS NOT A MURDER CASE, IT WAS A DUI. This film obviously from the way they treat their clients have no idea what they are doing, they only care about money! Save yourself the headache and hire someone who has respect for the job they perform, not these jokes who just want to take people's money!!!! I am curious to see how much longer this case will drag out for or if they will do anything at all and we will be out of the money we have already sent them. I find it sad that this lawyer takes an oath to represent people, then abuses his authority to take advantage of people who need their help. Every time we have called this office over the last 2 and a half months we have gotten every excuse under the sun why someone can't speak to us right now. But the receptionist is always available I will say that much. The logo on Mr. Wilson's website says THE STRENGTH OF A MARINE TO DEFEND YOU! I find that an insult to the Marines out there who do have honor, pride, respect and protect those in this country. He should not be allowed to run such a business and put Marines in the same sentence with it. It's insulting to Americans!
