I bought a boat cover from this company and 10 minutes after driving down the road cover ripped. Company offers a refund but will not refund shipping either direction they do not answer their phones and hide behind email. Not only do they sell someone else’s lesser quality products but charged for shipping both directions cost just as much as the refund. Would you not think if you sell something that is not of quality of faulty you would offer the refund of shipping. I would never buy from them EVER.
Went online ordered a cover for a car the asked the year make and model of the car so i bought the best one i could get. paid 229.99 for this cover. when i got it it was vary cheaply made and it would not even come close to fitting the care so i asked for a full refund of my money and the games began. called customer service and the lady told me i had to pay to send it back even though they sent me the wrong cover that didnt even fit the car so i asked her if it was the company's policy to send what ever they wanted even if its the wrong thing but i have to pay to send it back. seems like there making money either way. she was very rude would not talk just kept saying its there return policy that we the consumer pay for there mistakes. i will never do business with this company ever again. what a joke i hope people read this before ever buying from this place save your money
I purchased a cover from Empire Covers and found it to not be as described. The three layer top is actually the same as the sides with no Reinforcment as mentioned. The buckles are sewn into a single fold heim with no reinforcment. First wind will remove this. The zippered pannels are the entire side, making undoing the tie down necessary, and has very light weight zippers that will pop in the first wind. As far as return, forget it unless you want to pay a large shipping and return fee. Customer service is very arrogant and refuses to admit that top and sides are exactly same material.
DO NO BUY FROM THIS SCAB OUTFIT. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.
