I ordered "as seen on tv" a large heavy netal magnetic "grip" or gadget that sticks to the car dashboard to accommodate a cell phone, measuring about 6-8" x 4". It can also be taken indoors and used in the kitchen to attach metallic gadgets for convenience. Instead, they sent me a very light toy replica for kids like you see in girl scout cookies, definitely like a big joke, so I trashed it expecting the real McCoy to arrivce later. But when it never arrived, then get a statement from Amazon dated 5/12/15 charging me $38.36, I really got angry and called 855-870-3709 but they were closed. I left a nasty message to call back. I also notified Amazon litigate dept. but said they can't do anything if I didn't return the product. Who expects to return a toy that has been thrown out because I regarded it as a joke and junk! This is trhe first time I was ever treated as a fool thru the internet using Amazon. I will never pay this charge and am willing to cancel Amazon I have ordered several expensive items thru the years. That II EMS company should be investigated for fraud and penalized. I would like to sue them too.
