We thought we could save money by using this company. My wife called and they seemed real nice over the phone and we told them we have been told we need a new fuel pump. We gave them all the information and they came back with $150 for the labor. We already bought the new fuel pump. We drop it off Thursday and they said it would be Tuesday that they could get it done. Tuesday finally get's here, and never heard a word from the company. The next day I get a call from them and they said sorry but we damaged your fuel tank and things like this sometimes happens and this is why dealerships are so much higher in quotes to make up for these kind of things, but you are going to now need a fuel tank. GM is the only place to get them and it will cost $610 more dollars on top of what we have already done. I asked them if our car is currently working. They said No... I called my wife and informed her of the situation. We called them back and asked them why it is not running? The car was running when we brought it to your company. There response was We are not going to argue with you about it. You can either come get it or have it towed. We spoke to a dealership in town on how often this kind of things happens, and they said the only time this could happen if you had a crack in the neck of the fuel tank. You would know this because your car would have leaked gas in the driveway and had a gas smell when the car engine is on. We had none of these problems. They tried to make us pay $610 for a mistake they made. NEVER AGAIN we will recommend or go back to this company. This was our experience there and I know people that have said good things about them, but we was not that lucky.
