EPG destination fullfillment Reviews

On 11-08-2013, my wife and I purchased a vacation membership with Empowered Partners Group (EPG) at the Embassy Suittes Hotel in Temecula, Ca. We paid $7,842.00 for a lifetime or 50 year membership to EPG which included all six of our children to use as well. It took several months to get a log on set up so that we could use this membership. Shortly after it was figured out, I received an email from Vince Golod saying that EPG was switching from Saver Express to another travel company and that we needed to contact them for a new log on. I contacted Vince, via email and phone calls, with negative results. All the numbers I have for EPG have been disconnected or no answer. My numerous emails have gone unanswered as well.

I have put numerous hours into trying to contact EPG and I found a number that someone answered. The lady told me that she only sets up the travel for various companies and EPG was one of them. She gave me the email and phone number for the owner, Rich Folk. I have tried several times to contact him, again negative results. When I first set up the original log on, I spoke to a female named Heidi. She no longer answers that number.

The bottom line is this. We have purchased a 50 year travel membership to a company that is scamming the consumers out of membership money. Once you pay them cash or check, they disappear into the night with your money. We are unable to log in, use or talk to anyone related to this scam. I was given the owners cell number of 425-503-5739, owners email of [email protected]. The original number given was 855-234-7200 which goes unanswered. I also have a number of 888-722-1547, again no luck.
