I used Epictoon.com to purchase gold for an MMO I play. They claim to deliver the purchased item within 1-48 hours. I checked and messaged them every day for 3 weeks, nothing whatsoever until I checked today and it said it was delivered. Of course it wasn't and when I contacted them about it they said we will investigate over the next....1-48 hours. They voided my refund and did not deliver what I paid for. Do not use them, don't let them steal your money.
So basically i order 10$ worth of gold, and they guranteed me a 24-48 hour delivery time, I BOUGHT IT 2 WEEKS AGO. I contacted support and demanded a refund, still no reply.
I orderd gold for the MMORPG I play. World of Warcraft. I paid $10 for said gold. The company guarantees delivery within 48 hours or a full refund. I placed my order at approximately 8:30 am Mountain time. I sent an email the next day at the same time expressing my unhappiness at the length of time it was taking. They responded, apologizing for the delay and ssuring me the delivery would be made within the time frame of 24-48 hours. 48 hours passed and I contacted them several more times with no response. I demanded a refund and still have not recieved a refund or the product I purchased. It has now been 72 hours. This company is a ripoff.
