There is no prompt to speak to a human or any voice options to challange their reporting. If you don't answer any of their responce choices, the call is terminated.
Seems to me any independent corporation that has the power to negitivly affect an indivigual's life should be a whole lot more diligent in not only acuracy but in communication as well.
