The companies are connected - RVTL and Equinox. The ad was on Dr. Oz show to use both products together for your skin. They offer the trial for shipping only and they let you try it and if you return it, you get a refund of the shipping. It was $4.99 for one and $0.99 for the other (they talk you into both at one time).
In order to return it, you contact them and get a return number to put on the package. After a a couple weeks, I contacted them and they said they hadn't received the product back. They said to wait another week and call back. I did and by then they had charged my bank account $93.00 for one and $99.00 for the other.
Meanwhile, I am calling them and emailing them wanting to know why they charged me when I sent back the product. They claim they never got it. I continued to call and one representative said that if I sent proof of sending it back, I would get a refund. I provided them with what I had which was a charge on my bank account to the post office dated right after they gave me the return number. The customer service rep had told me that would be sufficient. It was the reason I went to that length to get that to them.
The last email I got from them was essentially a repeat of the first email response. You will not be receiving a refund because you did not send the product back. So I am at square one.
So here is how it stands:
-I don't have the product.
-I'm out the original shipping ($4.99 + $0.99)
-I'm out the shipping cost to ship it back ($6.99)
-And I'm out the cost of the product. ($99.00 + $93.00)
I order a free sample of Equinox and Skiprime wrinkle free. i paid the shipping charges of $4.95 and $3.97 which appeared on my credit card statement on 3/8/2014. Then on 3/22/14 i was charged $93.00 a and $99.00 for the product. I only wanted the samples.
On Monday 4/22/14 i received another shipment of Equinox, which i am sending back. I do not want any more product. At this point i don't have a phone number for this company. I am writing them a letter requesting cancelation of any more shipment of there product and any charges on my credit card.
Can hyou provide me any phone numbers for this company.
