EQUITRADE IS THE WORST BARTER COMPANY! Jim West = BAD BUSINESS. Equitrade bought BCI and sells it's members bad gift certificates for companies that are out of business and for companies that have never heard of Equitrade so therefore they will not honor illegitimate gift certificates from a company they don't even do business with. Existing members won't even honor gift certificates because they no longer wish to do business with Equitrade because of the way JIM WEST does business. When you try to return the worthless gift certificates, Equitrade’s Jim West yells at you and does not refund your money. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve purchased things then go to pick them up only to find out they sold them to someone else. DO NOT JOIN THIS BARTER COMPANY - I have been involved with barter for over 10 years and this is absolutely the WORST COMPANY. I feel sorry for his employees because Jim West conducts business with NO INTEGRITY, IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, DISHONEST AND A FAST TALKING LYING CROOK who will put Equitrade out of business before long. Jim West has locked me out of my account and deleted my membership...therefore stealing over $5,000. Looks like jail time for Jim.
