I sign a lease only bc I was a new driver and they allowed my son to go with me if I truly knew how their company operated. I would have never sign a lease. Every paystub I was missing load tht was saposly automatically processed to my check. And I even had to work on my truck myself( after paying 15 cents a mile for maintenance)bc the boys in the shop just horsed around and it would take 2 to 10 hours for them to find time to fix your truck even if it was a simple light bulb. They cleverly design the lease agreement to make it extremely esay to be breech of contract so u fix their trucks and they take it back. I mad $3000 on a pay period of Saturday to sunday and brough home $600 bc of bs fuel surcharge and only making 90 cents per mile and pay $285 truck payment. The truck I was buying was a 05 classic with 600,000 on od(wich hit a million and rolled back to 1 when i had it) for $40000 .their company looks good on paper and thts it and if ypu need to contact dispatch forget it. They never answered when u need them to. Do not work here say ur money and time and if you work their look up myway trans or big g im at my way and it way better.
