They did not send a follow up confirmation of the order via email as they said they would and, therefore, did not issue a invoice number. I have called them several times and only get an answering service. I left left multiples of messages and they do not return my calls.

I called their merchant bank, Authorize.net, and they have escalated an investigation against this company.
