He drives around in a mercedes or a lexus and will give you a story about needing a place with a garage. He will try to gain your trust with a lot of lies including being a Cancer Survivor and working with underpriviledged children for the mayor's office. He will write you a bad check for the rent and pretend that he wants to resolve the issue with you. He is just tyring to buy more time to stay in your property. He has no intention of paying rent or taking care of your property.
He his now claiming to be the general manager of a business called eproductionsdc.com (877-491-8110). It is all a scam. This business does not exist. And he has other accomplices that provide the fake rental and fake employment verification for him. And they all move together from property to property defrauding landlords in the DC metro area.
Vvisit the DC courts website provided in one of the other postings and you will see his long criminal record dating back to 1985.
