I ordered a coat on January 20th of this year from Eric Dress and waited anxiously for it to arrive. I contacted the company twice in reference to the long wait for my package to arrive. They replied once telling me to be patient. After twenty four days my package finally arrived. It was the worst online shopping item I have ever ordered! The coat was downright ugly!
I ordered an XL but it was too small even for a seven year old. It came with a detachable zippered collar which was probably sewn by ablind person bcause it was no way it could fit properly on the coat. I worked on it for a half hour to no avail. There was about fifteen inches of ziper left over.
Beyond that, it came with no return instructions. I wrote to them because I wanted to return the item and have my money refunded but they never replied. The beautiful photos on the website made me anxious to make multiple purchses but for some reason I decided to wait and I'm glad I did.
This company has very poor business practces and should be listed at the top of every internet fashion category. It's truly shameful the way that they treat consumers. I didn"t lose a lot of money but I learned a valuable lesson. I still want to be reimbursed in full.
I saw ericdress.com advertised on facebook. I ordered two blouses one in blue and one in red. Took a month for me to receive them. Turned out they were coming from China. Good thing I used Pay Pal. When I received them not only were they a little small according to their measuring chart they were also nothing like the picture online. I wrote customer service to request information on returning them for a refund.
They keep asking for a picture which I refuse to take and send as it has nothing to do with the fact that I simply do not like their product. They continue to give me the run around. I posted on facebook for all of my friends to beware of this company and I will continue to do so for many days to come to make sure they all see it. According to another report on this site, I assume I have lost my $60. I have also complained to facebook but do not know how that will go. I order clothes online plus other items but in the future it will definitely be from companies that I know for sure are USA based and that I know are reputable.
