Ever since we have started using ESC Desco work has been a headach. you Can only use a Couple credit card companies and the equipment to use them is expensive.Email keeps having trouble with sending and I have to restart the program all the time. They said it's my email service but my email is fine.Tech support takes hours to call you back sometimes. Good luck if your system is down and you can't figure it out.You can't do a cloud system with this program. It's too big a pain.They charge you for every little add-on to the program and then charge you monthly. They make it look cheaper but with the headaches it causes.Just buy someone else's program and spend the money.
