ETF Trend Trading Reviews

  • Jul 6, 2015

In Oct. 2014 I purchased the AAPL Signals Service from ETF Trend Trading. This purchase came with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

I was not satisfied with the service, so about 5 weeks later, I requested a refund. They contacted me with instructions to return educational materials that came with this service. Within a week, they had received the materials I sent back to them via Fedex.

In Jan. 2015, I contacted them about the refund status. They replied, "Recently we have run into some issues with regards to getting everything returned to you. We promise we will resolve this issue shortly and keep you updated.” That was the last I heard from them.

Since then, they have not answered the e-mails I sent to them, nor returned phone calls.

In Feb. 2015 I initiated a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The company did not respond to the BBB about my complaint.

Also, as of July 5, 2015, the BBB website (bbb.org) shows that there are 11 unresolved complaints against ETF Trend Trading. All of these complaints are for refund issues and 10 of the complaints have been initiated since the start of 2015.

Furthermore, the BBB has given ETF Trend Trading a rating of "F" - the BBB's lowest.

Finally, in May 2015, I initiated a complaint about ETF Trend Trading with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

On April 3, 2015 I paid ETF TREND TRADING $3,997.00 for a subscription to their Automated Super Signals 2.0 trading account. In the 2 weeks following that they completely failed to help me to establish this unique type of trading account, so I began a series of attempts to get help in getting started.

First I sent e-mails, left voice messages and sent a letter telling them that if I did not get help that I was going to ask for a refund. After getting no response to my numerous attempts to get the account established, I left the same types of messages asking for a refund. In my last letter to them I threatened to take legal action against them if they did not refund my money. To this day I have heard nothing from them.

I subscribed to the "super signals" service for two years. After one year the sevice was shut down. They refuse to refund the unused portion of my money, almost $2000.

They wish me to select another service, to which I refused. They then gave me a refund "RMA" number and I thought they were going to do the right thing. Then I received an email refusing to do anything but substitute another service.

Do not believe their 100% satifaction guarantee that they push in their webinars, its lies. I just want my unused funds returned to me, Is that too much to ask?

On or about 3/15/2014 I paid $3500 for two years of signals to trade TNA (a triple inverse ETF). For the period of time they where actually sending the buy and sell signals I was happy with the service. On or about 11/15/14 I received a solicitation from 99 percent winners stating the service with BIG A was over and if I wanted to continue I would need to pay another $3500 and start receiving the signals from them instead of ETF Trendtrading & "BIG A". I was outraged then realized they are propably working together to simple increase their incomes.

I have asked repeated for a refund without success. We have prepared a legal complaint and we are attempting to have "BIG A" served. I suspect we will have a hard time serving him, but i am prepared to spend 5X the amount I paid in an effort to sue them and warns others they may have the same outcome I did.

Their service message is "BIG A helping you retire on time". It looks like we are actually help "Big A" retire ontime. I would be willing to join a class action lawsuit if there is enough people simularly situated.
