Purchased a 1992 Volvo 240 from Europa Online (aka Cars of North East Corp.) via ebay.com on Feb. 11, 2010. The car was advertised by the defendant as being in ""immaculate and excellent condition"", ""AC blows ice cold"", and ""No Rust Anywhere!""
When the car was delivered the radio, window wash pump, shifter box, air conditioning system and car audio speakers were not working and have since been replaced or repaired at significant cost.
Further the car arrived from the defendant with two dime sized spots on the trunk with missing paint and rusted, approximately 12 inch long dent in the passenger rear door, and replacement and peeling trim on the exterior.
I will seek damages resulting from misrepresentation of the condition of the car. I had to make repairs and replacements required as they were deliberately omitted and factually incorrect in the Europa's advertisement.

Once my mechanic and I realized not only did the system need replacing but so did another line. There was also no refriderant.
