These guys keep changing their name (see: shamut property management and granite commercial group) because they are the worst organization on the face of the earth. I bought a condo that they managed and i immediately regretted it.
They still wont send me my condo documents. Its been months. I was without hot water because they wouldnt call me back and tell me who handled our propane. I had a million questions when i moved in and emailed them several times and called 10+ times without a response. I finally had my real estate agent email them (not his job after the sale) because i was at a loss as to what to do. And the guy responded to him!! and then proceeded to give me completely wrong information. and gave me an attitude like i was inconviencing him asking how to turn on my hot water after two weeks of living there and driving to friends houses to shower.
these guys are complete criminals. DO NOT ever buy a condo that they are the management company for. You will regret it for as long as you live there.
