Simple ONE word : SCAM . they boldly lie . so upset . dont go near them .

do NOT even think about using these guys . Totally disgusted . They lied to me several times . I LOST money and never made a cent . What can i say ? Modern day computer scam artists . I wish so bad I had googled them before I signed up. Once they have all your banking info they steal from you .

Massive Scam

These ppl are complete liars. They are horrible. NEVER USE THEM. Within 1 month I got a 100 bill because they said they needed to send a report to the IRS to provide tax info at year end. They never tell you this when you sign up. There are hidden fees everywhere.

I am a part owner of a business in Mt. Pleasant, MI. While signing up with Evolution I was still checking out other options. I decided to go with the square through Verizon. Before I had the chance to call Evolution back, they had sent me the terminal. I mailed back the package and email to the person I was dealing with and told him. He asked me if I filled out a cancellation form. I said “no, would you please send me one”. He never sent me a form. On June 3rd they deducted a $64.00 and $64.20 from my account. I again emailed to the guy and he said he would let customer service know. I didn’t get any answer for several days so I called them. They faxed me a form and I sent it back that day. I called on June 24th to make sure that they received it. The person said that they did and I should get my refund by July 3. Well on July 2 I did not get my refund, instead I was charged $15 twice. They are charging me as if I had two terminals and I do not have any. So I called again on July 8th, and he said that it would take about 10 days for the refund. From the time I called the first time and now has been longer than 10 days. This place is a scam. They are all about getting people hooked. I warn you not to go with this company!!!!!

Like an earlier victim, this company if a rip off! They set me up on not one but two accounts i never wanted because they were wrong. They then charged us a monthly fee. The first time I tried to cancel they said I had to call another number. When I called that number they were not available. When I tried to cancel a second time after 3 monthly charges totaling over $342.70, they sent me a BLANK email for cancelations. No return on my RE emails. I left company representives Bobby Masterson, Frank Scala, Larry Winchester and Adam King various voicemails and emails. I still haven't heard anything back. I believe this company is a scam and a ripoff.

Avoid Evolution Bank Card and Commerce Bank Card. (same company)

I was solicited by Evolution in January and started the process to sign up to have them process my credit cards. After the initial paperwork, no one called me back to set up my terminal, although I called a few times and then they wanted more paperwork. I decided to go with a local company and thought nothing more of it.

They took $15.00 out of my account in March and another $114.00 in April. No one will call me back and I have been hung up on 4 times.

Beware of this company. Do not give them your personal information. Now I have to set up another bank account and go to small claims court to recover my money. Do not use them.

They keep calling and calling...

....only when trying to "hook" you up as a customer, "line and sinker". Do NOT even give out your e-mail address or fax number to these people. They keep calling my business !

I chewed their representative out royally over the phone just now . And I can do that, as long as they are calling.

In their vain hope of trying to get me to sign up with them, the rep HAD to listen !!!!

So glad I did my homework!!!

I have been called repeatedly over the course of almost a week now. I have very poor reception in my office and actually dropped the call 10 minutes into their speech today. The person who continues to call is Jason and the phone number is out of Eugene Oregon (541) 225-5622. Jason said he had to get his script which would take 3-5 minutes and would be right back on the line. Instead, I was transferred to a Scott, who wanted to know if I was in charge of the credit card processing and what type of business I am in and my gross sales monthly (none of his business). Kept repeating over and over of their unmatched offer of 1.9% and absolutely no other fees of ANY kind period! The way he talked was a sure-fire star salesman approach and I became questionable and asked what kind of terminal it would be and the name of it and the company. As soon as he said the name, my call got dropped. I kept waiting for them to call right back and they didn't. At that point I decided to look up the name Evolution Bankcard Processing which lead me to this site. Really, really glad I hadn't given out my full name, email or anything else for that matter. I'm sure that was coming and thrilled my call was dropped. What I want to know now is how'd they get my personal cell number???!!!

I signed up with this company because they claimed that they garanteed the lowest rates in the industry. Not only was that a lie but my funds were tied up for 2 weeks after they promised that the funds would be clear in my bank account the next day. When i tried calling them back they claimed that the underwritters never recieved my paperwork that they had requested. I faxed it to 4 different numbers 4 different times and they still said they never recieved it. I lost multiple customers because of there practices. Buyers beware. I will never do business like this ever again. Lesson learned

They lied to me and misrepresented their service from the very beginning of our association.

I registered for their service at the beginning of Sept, 2104. My account was not “verified” by their business office until January 2015 and I was not able to use their service until January, but I was charged a monthly fee every month from Sept onwards. The referral bonus still has not been credited to the person who referred me.

I called to find out what was going on at the beginning of April, when I saw the $178.17 debit from my account. It was only at that point I was told all information about my account and the fees being charged had been sent to an email account I do not own and have no access to. I cancelled my account then and there.

I took everything to do with Evolution Bankcard and threw it in the dustbin, thanking my lucky stars I was no longer using their service. Imagine my surprise when I recognised the ID code in a debit from my account for $21.95 on June 2. When I called to inquire, I was informed I would have to return the swipe terminal, otherwise I would keep being debited and my account would not be closed, which is extortion.

I told the young man I do not have the terminal, I threw everything away, and that I wanted to speak with a supervisor. His response was that there was no supervisor free to talk to me. When I insisted I needed to talk to a supervisor, he transferred me to a voice mail for Donald Lao. The message said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I have heard nothing, no phone calls, no messages, no texts or emails.

I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor, or given the option of waiting til they finished their call.

When I registered for their service, I was not told about fees, they were hidden from me.

They did not check with me about any email address. I have one and one only, and have had for years.

I was not offered an option of email or paper statements.

They sent information about my account to an email I do not own and have no access to, which is a clear abrogation of the laws regarding transmission of confidential financial information.
