on February 27 th., 2015 my daughter and I joined the club. I didn't have a check with me but was told that I could bring it in in a few days otherwise I would be charged an additional $5 per account on an ongoing basis. I brought a check in a couple of days later. However, they charged my credit card a second time on the 28th. They charged $29.xx per account equalling over $60 dollars. I immediately went in and ask them to credit my bank account for the over charge. Easy to take it out, impossible for them to be considerate enough to just as easily put it back! They said they credited my membership account ...NOT OK AND NOT AUTHORIZED! I NEED MY MONEY IN MY BANK AC COUNT...NOT THEIRS!
As a consequence I got a $35 overdraft! I have since been in personally two adittional times and have called several times. I spoke to the regional manager via phone twice and the the THIRD time he telLS me that Corporate has not yet responded. WHAT, they won't respond to one of their managers? Really???????
