Ordered a snore relief pillow from this company which i did recieve in about 3 weeks from Hong Kong. slept with the pillow for about 2-3 weeks and my wife still complained i snore so i had just spent 96.00 unnessesarily. recieved authorzation to return the pillow from the company. Packed the pillow up and returned it to the exact address they provided and paid ANOTHER 35.00 USD to return the pillow. Waited 3-4 weeks for a refund. NO REFUND> contacted the company via their "support" system at least 3 times. kept getting the same B******* canned response from the support people (Maria), that i should see a refund within 30 days via paypal once they recieve the pillow back. inquired if they had recieved the poillow.... never did get an answer to that question. finnaly resorted to put in a dispute with paypal. payl pay appears to investigate but at the end of the day they sided with Evolutionworld LTD since they claimed they could not confirm reciept of the pillow back in Hong Kong depspite the fact i used the EXACT address they told me to send the pillow....DONT DO BUSINESS with these people unless you are willing to risk losing your $$$. it cost me $131.00 for something i dont even have anymore. waste of time and MONEY. buyer beware.
I ordered a dash-camera and an extended memory card from Evolution Worldwide Limited, “Miami, Fla.,” telephone: 888-529-0022. When calling this number, the people will tell you they are in “Mee-am-ee,” but they are lying. They are in China or some other country – off shore of the U.S. After NEVER receiving an initial e-mail confirmation for my order following the company debiting my card for $85.95– I called the number above and spoke to two separate women who told me "a confirmation e-mail would be e-mailed in one-to-two days." It sounded like a call center in the background (many people talking, phones ringing, etc.) After NEVER receiving the confirmation e-mail from the company as promised, I called them again two days later inquiring about the debit confirmation. After a huge runaround, I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I made this request, I was hung up on. The camera arrived. The box holding the device was crushed on the edges. It arrived in a very thin plastic wrapper, not suitable for travel through any mail system. The product is constructed very poorly. The instructions are incomplete and written in very poor English with many misspelled words/bad grammar throughout. No phone numbers of websites are given for any type of assistance with this product. The extended memory card I paid for was NOT sent to me as ordered. No invoice, statement or paperwork of any kind regarding my purchase accompanied the product. The return label on the box read, "Join Hands E-Commerce, Huangpu District (China) Phone: 13916391308” No return shipping label to send this product back was included. I then had the opportunity to test the product. The battery will NOT charge past 30% nor will it hold a charge for very long before getting a low battery warning. It’s good for about six minutes. The motion detector does not function. The unit “locks-up.” The unit will not shut off, even when the on/off button is depressed for an extended time. The unit does not record. The only files on the card are a few seconds of recorded video here and there. The product is complete garbage. I have filed the necessary paperwork/documentation where I had to, have spoken to the appropriate investigators who handle this type of fraud, and am disputing the charge to my credit card with the appropriate authorities.
I purchased an GPS tracker kit from this company, little did I know the item would be shipped from China, not Florida where they indicate they are located and have a phone # Then I found out from e-mail it would take over 3 weeks to arrive not the 3-8 'business days" for USA shipment they advertize!
Also they charge extra for all items that come with the standard TK-102-2 Kit normally, plus over-charge PayPal for the order. I ordered on a Sunday, e-mailed straight away that day to cancel and was told "No -- already been shipped" yeah right.
When the unit arrived I asked again to return and they emailed me a bunch of steps to follow for "Return for Refund."
I did all that in July and I have yet to see any money back in my PayPal account! I filed a claim with PayPal, followed all their requests and was denied my $$ aparently because the seller would not refund the money to PayPal.
These scammers are still active on PayPal so watch out -- thats the only payee they will take. That way they can avoid the protections and charge backs a Credit Card company like VISA can provide.
So much for PayPal's 100% satisfaction guarantee -- "your gonna Pay pal!"
