Don't believe what you read

Don't believe any of this negative stuff posted here. I have personally purchased both chicks and juvenile birds from Ewe Crazy Farms and I can assure anyone out there that this is the most responsive and professional breeder that I have ever done business with. Not only were my birds top quality, but Bryce was extremely helpful and professional.

Do yourself a favor...If you have any doubts, just contact Bryce and talk with him. I am sure that your experience will be as pleasant as mine was.

My personal experience with the ""acclaimed"" Ewe Crazy Farms, was far worse than I immagined possible. I decided to purchase some very expensive, rare breed orpington chicks from Ewe Crazy back in March of this year. I ordered 6 chicks, which ended up costing me well over $600. The chicks arrived weak and tired, and they all died within 48 hrs of arrival. I assumed that I would recieve my money back, or replacement chicks, but I was wrong. Ewe Crazy Farms, only refunds your money if the chicks die within 24 hrs.

I called and spoke with Bryce Everette about the problem, and he said there was ""nothing he could do for me."" It was then I realized that I was out of $600, and had 6 dead baby chicks in a box to show for it. So, I decided to call again, to see if Bryce would reconsider. This time, he became very angry and started cursing at me, and told me to stop calling. I was shocked! It was then I realized, that I can been scammed out of $600. Since then, my calls go unreturned, and I have finally given up. I thought that I would post this, so that I might save a few people from the same fate.

This Never Happened

Hi, I am the owner of Ewe Crazy Farms.

I came across this posting after one of my customers brought this to my attention.

First, let me start out by saying that I am a very honest, passionate, hard-working, and moral breeder who works tirelessly to ensure that all of my customers are satisfied. Over the course of several years, I have managed to build up a very positive reputation and can honestly say I’ve NEVER had one customer end an email or phone call upset. I always do everything possible to make sure that customers get what they are paying for (and more) by sending extras, replacements, and even mentoring throughout the process.

I would also like to point out that I have NEVER sent out a box of chicks and all of the chicks die. Over 95% of all of my shipments arrive healthy with every chick alive and well. Occasionally a shipment will lose 1 chick in transit, but I protect my customers against this unfortunate but unstoppable loss by always sending extras if at all possible. Unlike many breeders, I am not in this hobby solely for the money and I honestly look out for all of my customers. I am always here for advice, and I give away almost as many birds as I sell. Not only have I never sent out a box of chicks with such losses, but I also have NEVER sold anything to anyone in Miami. I also did a thorough search through all of my records only to find that I also NEVER sold any chicks in the $600 range to anyone in the state of Florida in February, March, or April of this year.

So, “Anonymous678”, it seems your story is very obviously made-up. You never ordered any chicks from me, none of your chicks ever died, and you also never attempted to contact me. I’d also like to point out, I am a Christian person who would never dream of cursing out anyone – especially a valued customer. This really hurts me to know that you have such an evil heart as to throw out blatant lies in order to hurt the reputation of someone who only strives to do what is right, make friends, and make others happy with this rewarding hobby.

Saying “there is nothing I can do for you” is just not in my personality, period. Just this month, I’ve given away birds to 4H’ers, replaced eggs (for free) that were lost by the Postal Service, sent people replacements because their birds were killed by predators, and I’ve sent extras in EVERY chick/egg order placed. I am always here to help my customers, no matter what the problem might be. I’ve got to say, in all the years I’ve been raising chickens I have never come across a single person who can say that I didn’t do everything in my power to make their poultry raising experience a positive one.

“Anyonymous678”, I imagine the reason you didn’t post a real name is because you know that you are a scammer yourself. I can probably guess that you are a chicken breeder trying to make a buck raising chickens, and the only way to get people to buy your birds is by slandering other REAL breeders. I can assure you, I am no liar nor am I a scammer. I have literally hundreds of people that would be happy to be a character witness, write reviews, and send pictures of the beautiful stock they’ve received from me.

To potential customers reading this: I am very sorry you had to witness the “bad” side of raising chickens. Just like in every other part of the world, there are truly wicked people who stop at nothing to discredit the successes of others. It is also shameful that this website in today’s society would promote the notion of “guilty until proven innocent” and allow people to post totally anonymous and undocumented complaints. If “Anonymous678” truly wanted to resolve this “issue,” then I highly doubt he/she would make a complaint anonymously with no evidence whatsoever. If any of you have any questions about me, my farm, or the quality birds that I raise, please do not hesitate to email or call me. I believe you will quickly realize that I am not the person this incredulous writer portrays me to be.
