I worked with this company for a month and was under payment terms for NET-15, meaning I would be sending leads to their company and not get paid til the following month. I used google analytics and tracked my calls to see how many leads I actually had and the network began shaving my leads. I knew something was wrong when I saw my leads didnt match up with them. When I approached them about this they began acting very rude, and were saying they would suspend my account if I didn't stop bringing it up.
Come payday time, no payment was sent. All e-mails were ignored. I sent over $8,000 in leads to them in which they refused to pay for after repeated emails, phone calls, and physical mail to their address. Avoid this company because they will rip you off and leave you out missing a lot of money.
I signed up as a publisher in January 2015 with Exact Match Media, LLC. The contract states that publishers are to paid out monthly for the prior months production. I was to be paid on Febuary 28th, 2015. I have contacted this company via email and telephone requesting the commission I am owed however, Octavius Moore ((Network Specialist) and Fernando Mendez (Network Director) keep giving me the run around. First they couldnt pay me because they didnt collect my payment information, then they couldnt pay me because they needed my paypal email, I was told I would be paid through my paypal account and I even esigned the document, however they still havent paid me.
This company hires publishers or partners with publishers who in return promote Exact Match Media, LLC's call campaigns by sending callers/traffic to the campaigns. Exact Match Media LLC. then in return pays publishers a commission based on their production. However I dont know how I got lucky and became one of the ones to have the worst experience with these people.
I have filed a report on this site, on the BBB website, and to various lawyers. If there is a lawyer that will take this case please feel free to contact me. I am sure there are other cases similar to mines. I believe this company doesnt care because no one has ever taken legal action againts them I think most people just get over it. I am not willing to do that at this point.
In addition I am concerned about my identity being compromised because this company has collected my full name, mailing address, date of birth, social security number and checking account information. If there is a lawyer that will take my case I will also do my due diligence to seek out others who may have the same issue with this company. I just dont understand how they can get away with this. I have proof of commission owed to me, and emails from Octavius Moore stating that I would be paid out. I also have copies of the payment options that I esigned for my direct deposit and for my paypal account.
Does anyone have any additional advice for me? I cant believe this company took my cut and their cut of the money and are now being hard to contact.
