My wife an I had enter exclusive furniture store 19300 HWY 59. We had founded the perfect dinette set with china cabinet. We had negotiate a fair price. It was stated very clear that "we do not want the floor model". Will guest what ?, the floor model was delive to my home .May 29,15 .I had went back to their store the next business day and verified that the floor model China cabinet was gone. I had talked to the store manager Eric .tha the item I had paid for ,I did not get. To make a long story short ,the manager denied and tryed to fast talk me and said"he will change it out .each time i called him he keep giving me a different date, a week are two apart .now i am on week 4 and he said it probably be six weeks before I get the item I hah paid for. I really regret given my business to Exclusive furniture all run around and lies. How do I know it was the floor model, at the store I notice white pain on the electrical cord while the China was at their store. I will never recommended this store to families and friends. I got Rip! .

I am one of many victims of exclusive furniture! instead of steaming up on the net, I will file a case with the court.

I don't know about other states, I live in Houston, Texas, we can make our voices being heard at Texas Deceptive Trade Practice (DTPA) and to file a small claim at Justice of the Peace Court. Please google it to find out location and how-to file.

Purchased a bunkbed set for our 8 year old's birthday from Exclusive Furniture-290 located at 17390 Northwest Freeway. Upon delivery the cable guy shows-up simutaneously . . . rendering me with four stranglers in the house to watch-over, so I wasn't able to devote myself to the complete setup of the beds, which was a mistake on my behalf. First-off they mounted the top bunk out of square, which I got them to correct. Then I had to go downstairs the explain the situation of the TV to the cable guy and watch to insure nothing was pilfered downstairs (like a laptop or the wife's jewelry). The end conclusion was everybody was living at the same time so the cable guy's requesting a sinature for his work the subcontractor from Exclusive Furniture was requesting a signature and stuoidly as I was I signed the paperwork without inspecting their work. Everybody's gone and I got what was expected . . . bunkbeds that were half-a** installed and minus some hardware attachments. You got me this time (Exclusive), but I got your number buddy. I will never buy anything from Exclusive Furniture again!

P.S. They finally call me to offer me some screws to attach the knobs, if I wanted to drive 30 miles for $1.00 worth of screws (when there's a hardware store five blocks from my house. Would you burn $6.00 in gasoline for $1.00 worh of screws? Exclusive Furniture made at least $640.00 off my purchase. Shouldn't they bring me the screws that their hired-hands didn't bring or install.
