Expedia failed to meet there low price guarantee. Subsequently the travel agent guaranteed that the prices would not lower due to limited booking then shortly after they offered a lower price for a upgraded room. Expedia states no fees to make changes to their itinerary, they blamed the cruise line for charging additional fees. They claimed it was decision of the cruise line but when speaking to royal Caribbean they stated they were willing to make the changes with the permission of expedia. However when checking with the cruise line they denied any fees for making changes. Upon speaking to the representative at Expedia they failed to resolve the issue.
