I purchased the whole house air duct cleaning service thru Groupon and was supposed to be for whole house air duct cleaning, unlimited ducts. They never showed up and never even called me the first week they were supposed to come out. Tthey later called me to reschedule and then never showed up again!! I have requested from Groupon to cancel and get my money back, since they never followed thru on what they were supposed to do. I now see there have been other similar complaints on this company. I do not know where they are out of. They have a long distance number, and when I did call the 800 number and asked where their office was located the woman could not tell me. She said she didn't even know where they were from and could not contact them!

I scheduled an appoitment for someone to come out for February 6, 2015. between the times 3pm- 5pm. I paid for the services through living soical about a month ago. I phoned Expertss Air Pros to confirm my appointment about 11;00 am when I didn' hear from anyone. I was told on three (3) diffrent representatives on three diffrent times that someone meaning a tech would call me in 10 mins and to no avail that never happened. I phoned living soical to get a refund and I continued to call the company to see what happened?? I took off work for this appointment and for them to do a no show, no call is unproffessional to say the least.!!!!!! I would not recommend or refer a cat to them and I will never do business with a company of such poor caliaber.

The final time, I waited during the window of time they gave me on the day of the appointment, and the technician never showed up. I tried to get in touch with Expert Air Duct Pros, leaving multiple messages and they have not returned my calls. After doing some research, I realized that there are currently three different air duct cleaning companies (including this company) listed on my local Groupon site. Each one has a different phone number and website, however when I tried calling all three numbers, they all go to the same number for the generic "Air Duct Cleaning Company"! This is a total scam! I got my money refunded from Groupon, but this type of scam should not be allowed. I will never go through Groupon for any service, unless it is a reputable local business that I am already familiar with.
Experts Air Duct Pros sold me a Groupon that basically pays for them to come to your home to sell you on a the "real" cleaning service - that is way more expensive than most local companies will charge ($35/vent) on top of the $50 Groupon.
The guy that came out basically plugged his vacuum into my furnace and when he unplugged it, one of the fans became loose. He wouldn't fix it and eventually left my house - the fan kept making a grinding noise and a professional company had to be called to fix that.
The furnace also stopped working and a professional company had to be called to clean it due to all the dust these guys left in the system.
All in all, these guys don't really do anything with their "basic" service.
