Beware of this car company they will pressure you into buying a car you don't want your no weekly payment are very high I was desperate for a car after seeing their infomercial I went in and it was like I was being held at gun point to sign for a cheap car I made my payments on time for two years one payment I was four dollars short and they turned my car off in the middle of winter where it's 20 degrees outside and I had my small children with me I called my eca and they tell me it not their problem me and my kids had to bundle up for an hour in the freezing cold until some kind stranger gave us a ride home on another payment I was 75 cent short and they turned my car off again I constantly either was late to work or had to miss work because I had to way to get there well I got fired thank you so much eca I called asked them to work with me I lost my job but found a lesser paying job they said no and repo the car this is how I got treated after two and half years I was only short on my payments twice one for 4 dollars and the other 75 cents.
Express credit auto ripped me off I was fresh out of college with no credit thinking that I was going to place that would help me instead of hurt me. They gave me a intrest rate of 21% that I knew nothing about until I let someone else review my paper work. They had me buying insurance through them and a private insurance place. I didn't know I could use my own until I talked to the insurance lady. It had several recalls and stopped on me like the 2nd month of driving. The air went out in it. And to get anything fixed through them you have to pay $250 plus whatever the maintence is. I tried to get my payments lowered they would not work with me at all. I tried several times to talk to a manager and every time noone would speak to me they would send someone else out. I've suffered paying for a 2009 ford escape and he lied and told me it was a 2010. With over 100, 000 miles. And come to find out after asking for a carfax he told me its never been in a wreck well when I traded it in they would'nt take it because it was wrecked before and they told me it was a one person owner and never been a wreck. they are phony and fake very unprofessional and I am done with Express Credit Auto and to those thats desperate and in need of help like I did don't go there they will not help you.
I had a vehicle repo back in 2010 yes the sold the vehicle never got a copy of what they sold it for they took me to court to Garnishment my wages they did but at least two times a year they will stop for six months then state doing it again that way the interested will build back up I started owning 6200 and now owe them almost 20000 I am paying them 600a month and have for 8 month and still balance hasn't gone down much they keeppialling on fees am never going to pay them off might habe to quit my job I also got divorced and wife took deit but they don't care they still coming after me
