This Report will give you a blow by blow of how HASAN OF FACET STUDIO's steals women's money and never delivers photos. I have full evidence with text in my phone from day one. He is a great com artist and is a staple in the urban model indsutry, here is how it's happened:
I shot with "Hasan" of Facet Studio in January of 2014. I paid my $450.00 in advance and sent a photo in order to book and shoot in Oakland CA with him. I scheduled my shoot for the 22nd and 12pm. The night of the 21st I received this message
"(1/2) I texted you last night idk if you got it. I had been called back to la for a cover shoot thry couldn't get done. Im coming right back to oak 28-30th. I c(2/2) an either refund you or move u to any of those days I am really sorry"...
Believing that he was genuine and being that my schedule allowed I agreed to reachedule for the 28th and noon. On the 27th I messagee him to get the address and he informed me "Villa Florence. 225 Powell. San Francisco .. all the oakland hotels were hood looking"
At 1am in the morning on the 28th I received thia message from him "Hey hotel won't let check in till 2. Can u do 2?" Again I was ok with that as I had already cleared the day as I was already driving 2 hours to meet him there. At 1pm the day of the shoot as I was driving to meet him, he called me stating that his bag had not yet arrived and could be delayed. He told me that he would give me a refund immediately until we could shoot. I agreed to the refund but told him that I was already well into the drive towarda him and that I could wait, he told me his bag should be in around 5pm. I figured San Francisco has plenty to do and I would occupy my time until we could shoot. Around 6pm he told me the bags would not be in until 10pm, once more I agreed to wait. At 11pm we met.
His room was crowded nothing like a suite, he promptly sat up the equiptment and then began doing my makeup shortly after. His makeup grayed my skin tone and was rushed to say the least. We shot over 250 and photos and finished around 2am. A friend had come with me and we stayed to talk, reviewed pictures, and chill for an hour after that. Before leaving i paid him in cash as he told me it was hard for him to accept payment through paypal. Total payment of $900.00. He promised I would have rough copies of my pictures within 1-3 days and told me he would send them to magazines and websites to help build what he referred to as "Notarity".
The he entire time we spend chatting with him he talked about several girls in the industry. Stating Joe Buddens ex Tahiry was a drunk and always reeked of alcohol, he spoke about many girls and how they did not "listen" such as Jackie O, he even spoke of Crystal Renay a girl he manages telling us about her boobs the never dropped because she got me too big and how badly she needed an acting coach. All of this information was volunteered with any prompt, so I feel bad for the people he works with because your business is out there.
On Feb 2nd I began asking him about pics and he responded "they take 4-6weeks for edits". I informed him that I still haven't gotten my rough copies and he told me he got into town soon and would get them to me. Feb 7-10 I sent him several friendly reminders stating "just checking to make sure you haven't forgotten about me". On the 10 he replied they are coming. I text him asking again the 13th and he told me "don't rush as edited still take weeks".
On the 20th I txted him "We are coming up on a month and I still haven't even seen my unedited pictures. I don't know if this is just how the biz is but you told me you would have them in 2-3 days initially. So let me know if I'm being impatient but it seems like a long time." He replied "I can send those today"
Basically this went on for weeks until he text me "I texted u my drive is in the shop.. comes out sat "
Weeks after I still got more excusea this time about his broken drive. I began seeing pictures on Instagram of girls he was shooting and then posting edites pictures within weeks of the shoot. At this point I was pissed and it had been 3months since we shot. I send him a formal IM GONNA SUE YOU text and finally got a responae of "......." And "id that's what you wanna do".
Fortunely, the girl he was managing was hosting and night club in my city. I went to the event to talk to him about the situation and he made it seem as if he was so busy he could get any of my text and that he was so behind on work it was overwhelming. I agreed to give him more time and everything was co.
3 months has now pasted with about 10 phone calls(he told me to call several timea in a row to get his attention)--bulls*** I have also sent him over 15 text messages asking about picture. Within that he has promised pics two times and of course with no delivery.
I have full evidence of my payment and that fact that I have never received my photos and plan to sue him for Travel Expenses, Preparation expenses, and his fee of $900.00. He has been scamming women ouT of thousands for years and does not plan on stopping. I have spoken with many other photographera in the industry and all know that he is a notorious thief. DONT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!
