I started at the Sears online order trying to order a GPS with trucking sofware and somehow wound up at factoryoutletstore.com. They advertised a new unit with 1 year warinty and sold me a year extended. I received a refurbished unit that malfunctioned from the start. After it finially totaly stoped working, I went to sears with no luck. One person did say the order was found but no extended warinty. It is still under 1 year manufure warinty. The reprsenative at factory ripoff outlitstore gave me the runaround and eventually got rude and yelled at me. I finally got in touchy with Garmin and have been promised a replacement being shipped imediatly. So far so good if it arrifves. I'm disapointed with Sears and POed with factory. Thanks to rippoff report for the place to rant and warn others.

No Time ! (~3 months of waiting and arguing wasted)

No Spirits ! (~over 7 hours of aggressive correspondence and horrible company employees’ ethics wasted)

In fact, what is advertised on the website of http://www.factoryoutletstore.com/ is not what you are going to get shipped and the company aggressively declines exchanges and/or money returns! Finally in 3 month of fighting for some justice, money only partially returned, but no apologies for hanging up phones, extremely long waits and no notification by email or follow ups with a phone call were arranged after any adjustments. This down to earth UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!

http://www.factoryoutletstore.com/ has very unethical and aggressive customer service. Once you pay your money, you can forget about their employees including management staff being polite and professional with you.

No! They won’t work to expedite your order which was almost 3 month overdue!

No! They won’t be sorry that you end up paying all shipping and restocking fees for misleading pictures of their product posted on their website!

No! They won’t even feel bad for their employees’ short temper and aggressive ethics to their clients!

This kind of companies must be banned by U.S. government to practice on U.S. market!

Most of their company’s crew that came across to me don’t even communicate the language a normal person would comprehend, and yet their warehouse is located in NY!

Shame! This is a 3rd world barbarian company that pretends to be something else.

Do not trust them!

Don’t be fooled with their website, comments and the products that are listed in there!

It is nothing like trustable online market that most of us are used to!

I ordered a replacement for the automotive charging cord for my Garmin Nuvi 200. Factory Outlet shipped me a charging cord for a Blackberry. I tried to use it but it didn't work with my Garmin Nuvi 200. I called them and they advised me to return the Blackberry cord. They would send me the correct cord once they received the Blackberry cord. They said that they would credit me the shipping cost to return the Blackberry.

They sent me another cord, but it was the exact same type as I had just returned, a Blackberry. I called them and they informed me that did not have the Garmin 200 in stock (and, I assume, were no longer carrying it) and said they would refund the original purchase price of the Garmin 200 power cord. I asked about the return shipping cost of the Blackberry cord. They told me that since they didn't have a sale to me on the original part they could not reimburse me for the cost of shipping the Blackberry cord back to them.

The decieved me by advertising on their website regarding availability of the part. They sent me the same wrong part twice. They lied to me about reimburising me for the shipping cost. They still advcertise on their website that that they have the charging cord for the Garmin Nuvi 200.

Used Yahoo search for Whirlpool refrigerator water filter replacement. Results read "Whirlpool.factoryreplacementstore". Found the filter I needed and picture showed genuine Whirlpool filter. Nowhere did it indicate that the buyer was going to receive a filter made by Aqua Fresh that does not indicate what it filters nor does it have NSF cerification both of which is shown on the Whirlpool filter box. Totally misleading and an obvious ripoff.

I ordered two batteries on 5/10/2014.I checked the order #, FOS3980288E, and it said the order was shipped on 5/12/2014. It said that that order should arrive in five to ten days. After ten days I checked again and it said order was shipped on 5/12/2014. I starded to try to call, the answer was that the # was not answering. I tried sending emails but got no response. One time I got through on the phone but was cut off trying to enter correct relay #'s. I tried calling again but was answered that # was not answering. I continued to try to call but answer was always the same. Number was not answering. I again checked the order # and recieved answer that order # was not found. Today, 5/31/2014, I started to look for a way to file a complaint. My wife is the major user on the credit card I used and she will file a fraud report with her card. As I was starting to file this report I tried the # ,866-357-7072, and finally got to talk to someone. He, Armand, said to call back in two days and he would see if he could find the order. I said I was already filing a complaint and I was not going through this, no answer on the phone again. I will file this and pursue other avenues. This company claims 7 day 24 hr phone contact but in fact there is np phone contact available.
