I to was ripped off by Tony Chalas on a real estate property.
It took me one year to find an actual address on Tony Chalas , also known as Faith Properties or Faith property Managment. He Swindles people out of thousands of dollars, on Homes that he tells you he owns, when in fact the houses are in forclosure in someonelses name. He will lie to you, meet you anywhere but his office that doesn't exist .It is really a bogus set up P.O. Box
132572 Spring Texas 77393 He will tell you to give him thousands of your cash and will then promise you to get you the appropriate paperwork , because he does not handle that, so he says, he uses his wife as an excuse why he hasn't gotten you
real property deeds and scheduled proofs for payment. He is very charming like most Con Artists are. His License NO. is 405883 incase you stumble upon this website for other victims.
He works deals with people who's homes are in forclosure and tells that particular owner that if you let him take over your home, he will sell it for you and split a cash deal once he traps some unluky person to get a large down payment in cash, only to dupe the original owners who are in forclosure, not split the cash with them, this is his scam. He will give you false documents that he own's the house when he really doesn't.
Then , he continues to hassel you while he still doesn't have proper documents to sell a home, such a proper closure from a real title company. I am not wealthy, this man is getting away with ripping people off. instead of a house closure, he will give you the keys to a home that he doesn't own and he will rip off the people who are in forclosure by not, giving the real owners their share of the scam! This leads to the real owners in forcolsure scammed by his scam , resulting in the real owners knocking on your door to tell you, you have been scammed!
I believe that the owners in forclosue were expecting to get a share from Tony Chalas after I gave my cash for his Owner Finance Home. The real trick is to get your cash, leave you hopeless, homeless, abused and a family without a roof over the head. All you have to do is give him your cash, you won't need a title company because he is cutting you the expense of title search and title closure.
Now remember , I am young, sold my smaller home for a new one, and lost all the money to him . After your Scammed he will cut off contact with you, he will take the money and run!
I have filed charges against him with Harris County, Texas with Constable precint i wont give the info, so he can do his own homework, hopefully gets pulled over and goes to jail for fraud! if not, maybe my lawsuit will catch this theif.
So no matter your religious status, he abuses and tricks you with ""Faith Properties"" I will keep this updated as a trial date is set , This man is of no faith, Only a Con Artist who dare hides behind all mighty ""GOD"" himself. I pray he will not scam anyonelse for their last dollar.
