May 20th my fiancee' had the vaginal mesh implanted. may20th evening we were in the emergency room of Cherokee hospital due to a 'mistake' on medications. following week was a complete hell ...bleeding, pain and misery. Surgery was scheduled for 'correction of the mesh ' due to it being too 'tight'. surgery was completed , and she ONLY had to pay for the hospital , not another 'surgeon' fee. Today, she still is in pain along her leg and hip, uses a prescribed cream for what ? and the story continues. Contact with the doc has only resulted in comments..that it will get better. we are in the month of january now, and I cannot see any positive results...anywhere. The bladder problem continues but now we have additional pain along her hip and leg and back. DO NOT do the VAGINAL MESH! Any reputable doctor will not recommend a procedure that results in so many failures, as evidenced by the FDA warnings.
