In the Summer of 2011 I purchased floor tiles from Fancy Fixtures, along with other materials and fixtures to re-do two bathrooms in my house. At the end of 2013 I noticed that these tiles began to flake and disintegrate, notwithstanding normal usage of the bathroom.
Fancy Fixtures refuses to do anything to rectify this matter, declining even to come and inspect the tiles! It seems they just don't care about customers, or about creating potentially dangerous conditions in our home. They sold defective m,erchandise - they should stand behind what they sold.
