When I went there the lady was very nice at first started signing paperwork to purchase a 2009 Dodge Caliber after submitting all my information I lost my job (still had $ coming in to pay for car) they could not verify my information the lady informed me that I needed a cosigner I got a cosigner gave them all my co signers information she informed me that everything had went through fine all she needed to do was have my cosigner come up and sign the papers I had already been driving the car for two and a half weeks my cosigner and I go up to the dealership and let her know that the car has been messing up she then proceeds to get very angry with me start talking to me like I was 3 years old very very rude wound up calling the police she has the car but I still have the keys the car is registered in my name also the insurance is in my name.
she now refuses to give me back my initial deposit of $1000. Stating she does not feel the need to give me back my money because she dont have to if she dont want to.
Here I am, out $1000.00 ( could be used on downpayment for another vehicle)
