They market themselves very well by offering life agents free 6 to 10 preset appointments and the only catch is a signing fee of $287.

After they charge you $287 you'll never hear from them again!

I originally spoke to recruiter Shaun Merritt (which it might not be his real name) from FFG and convinced me to fill out my contract even though i was not 100% ready to sign on, but he insisted that when I was 100% ready to sign on that it would make the process much faster and if I said no thank you, he would just shred my contract. It was a lie!!! He charged right after and when i tried to reach him for my money back, he never returned my call or email

I then spoke to his wife Kat Merritt , which is not her real name, it's Keshia Ruesch from another scam website " dealsthatmatter", (got to love google) and tried to get my money back and she has also not returned my money nor my calls!!

Here are their emails

If I can stop 1 person for falling for this charade it will be well worth it. Mark Larson claims to be Regional Director but this is of recruiting.

They request a $295.00 fee to set appointments for you. DONT DO IT!! You have to give them a list of people you know and split commisions before you see 1 lead and who knows if you ever will see one.

I fell for this and trusted Mark Larson. The Utah Insurance Commisioners office is aware of this scam. Please contact them first (801) 538-3800.

I did the transaction on Friday and found out on Monday. I requested my money back and they will not refund. PLEASE PLEASE learn from my mistake. Kylee at this company gives you the run around and then tells you it is in the contract.

Stay far far away from this company

All they care about is getting your $287.They say it's NO REFUND on the paper that you are signing that's why they don't care after you joined whether you succeed or not. They already got your money and they don't care. Training don't count on it- it's horrible if there was even any. If you are aiming for success, this company is definitely NOT the one to provide you that. This company survive and thrive by deceiving and fooling people. Stay away from them they are BAD, very BAD!

Let me start this off as yes I did do my homework with this company prior to signing up. I spoke with a recruiter multiple times and with any red flags where raised she was able to answer them quickly and immediately, no stuttering or hesitation, she knew the answers and had the response. I understand that she had some scripted material, but was able to give factual responses and follow through. I like people that know their business and appreciate that she knew hers. I was hoping that the rest of the organization was similar. She turned out to be the expectation, not the rule. The rest of the company that I have dealt with is beyond dysfunctional and poorly run. However I did not know that until several months into it.

I did sign up and gave them the initial deposit to secure my area. This is marketing and I know some people balk at this while others in the business can appreciate a marketing firm representing only them in a particular area. Now back to FFG. After signing up and the deposit, I meet with the regional manager at the time. I meet with him and everything was going well, then he was no longer my manager, I got a call from another manager saying she was taking over. OK?

Then I never head back from her and I still hadn’t received my promised leads, training, ect. After calling the home office over the course of many months, some nice guy in IT department gave me another number to the same manager that I spoke with months prior. At this point I felt like Nancy Drew to track down managers that are supposedly the cream of the crop with this company. I spoke with her again, she gave me the run around, but I was finally able to pick up the ball on training, it was at the beginning, but I still hold my self as a professional and hoped that they would do the same.

Once again, oops, my professional integrity does not mean that others have the same. Needless to say, after starting the training process all over she decided that I needed to be appointed with another company, one that I was already representing through another FMO. Now this company was recommend that I be appointment with, NOT MANDOTARY for the contract. She, the manager decided that she could not work with me at this point and cut all contact, no replies to e-mails, voicemails, ect. At this point I have given up on the home office being anything but a company break room where nothing is accomplished. This company is beyond incompetent.

I just want my refund. That’s all, I followed through with everything on my end and this company refuses to follow through with my contract. Again, I would gladly run leads from this company; after all I still work in the field and have no problem working through them, why would I do this? This is because they don’t sell an actual product, their business is to provide agents with leads and training to market other companies products. I want my leads that were promised just like anyone else. Either put me back into the system and I will run your leads to the best of my ability just like I do with anyone else I work with or give me my refund. Please follow up with this now that its public and others can see and understand why this company continues to have a beyond poor reputation. Thanks for your time.
