This is a SCAM. These guys pretend to be under mandate and authorization by the President to help people modify their mortgage payments. They do nothing EXCEPT take your money for as long as they can. I have been in the program for 120 days. They have NEVER contacted the bank. They took the payments. I thought all was well. In fact, bank was still in foreclosure process. These guys are liars and crooks ---- James Brodie --" Federal Mortgage Loan Officer" and Jean -Pierre Haiti "Federal Mortgage Loan Officer" .
