My mother used this firm to represent her in her divorce. She filed first, against my father who is verbally abusive and has been having an affair for YEARS. Not only did her lawyer allow the divorce to drag on for almost a year, my father (who chose NO relresentation) came away with more than half! Their house which is appraised for over $140k, got split to where he only has to pay my mother $55k. Getting ahold of her lawyer also proved worthless, he was late for meetings and would not answer calls. She actively has to check in to get status on her divorce as she was not kept up to date. Now that the diovorce is finally over, she got another bill in the mail after she paid fees up front when she filed. For what!?! You did her no good. She'd been better off having a child represent her; at least they usually have a good idea of what's fair.
