I ordered Final-Trim from a radio promotion I heard. I am within the one month period and called this afternoon Wednesday, 18 February 2015 at 2:40 pm, 3:58 pm and 4:07 pm and all I got was a recording saying they were closed and to leave a msg and someone would call me and then the phone disconnected before I was able to leave a msg!!! I tried to call back several times and on two different numbers they gave me in my paperwork with the product and none of them got me through to a person. They just had a recording saying they were closed but they said their working hours were from 9am to 8pm EST and Im on Pacific time but at 2pm it is only 5pm in Maine so I'm not sure why they are saying they are closed unless this is not a real company.

I need them to contact me so that I can get the RA number they require to send back the product. They claimed I would lose a ton of weight but I have lost nothing and have actually gained weight during the month that Ive been trying the product. It did not curb my appetite or do what they claimed and I took 2 pills per day.......

This product does not work and their business practices are questionable as I cannot get ahold of them to be able to cancel. If I cant get through tomorrow morning then I am going to ship back the unused portion without the RA number and enclose a letter with the times and dates I have tried to call them unsuccessfully. and I will keep a dated receipt of my return to be able to take to court if they try to continue to charge me for more product.

Signed up for free trial cost me $18 in shipping after they said 4.95. then when I called to cancel they said they tried to charge my prepaid card $79 and that it declined i said yes it prepaid and I don't want further product because it doesnt work, no appetite suppression and gave me diaherra and terrible stomach pain multiple times per day. Then they said they would take me to collections if I dont have a full bottle back to them by 17th in their warehouse that is in 5 days and lands on weekend that is impossible. They then say if a pay $19.95 with a different card that will stop collections. It was a free trial I paid $18 already I am not giving you another credit card. This is a credit card scam product has negative effects.

I ordered Final Trim on 10/2/14 and thought I just get it then cxl when I got it as I don't want to be signed up for auto shipments. I recd two bottles on 10/10/14 & called on same day to cxl & rep said I could not cxl until 11/5, as I wanted to get my feedback on product. If I cxld on 10/10 I would need to send both bottles back, otherwise I would need to call back on 11/5 give them feedback and then I could cxl, but I would need to send the other bottle back and pay for shipping, if I decided to keep both bottles my card would be charged $79. I said they never told me that and he said that they did, which they didn't. I told him I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that was the case. This company is very deceptive. Also, I wish I would have looked into it beforehand because now I can see that they have several complaints.

Orderd Final trim off radio in April, 2014. Recieved free trial bottles after shipping fee. Started taking them for a week, no results, went to Dr. took some blood work he told me stop taking them, diet pills can up my blood pressure. Totally forgot about mailing back the second bottle. Got a phone call today stating I owed 79.99. Told the guy about my Dr. advice. He said it has been over the 30 days and was not cancelled. They have tried on my bank to get payment. He was very rude to say the least, I said same about trial , supposed to be free ect. So went and found the original envelope, called the number to officially cancel. Man on phone said I cant close out account untill I pay the 79.99. He told me if I was not satisfied I had 30 days and he had my voice on recording.... I told him free? and why was I supposed to pay never got anymore pills shipped. I could see him charging me if I ever got another shipment. He told me on the voice recording I was under contract and they have tried to bill me. I never got any letters, first phone call. He argues with me when I told him im not paying, he told me about my voice contract once more and that I would be put in collections and then charged for processing fees ect. I know now its a serious mistake to give out credit card info, but I dont understand how he can legally charge me for me free trial, and not send me more pills. Why do I have to pay that amount to cancel? I feel threatend now with collections, fees, and credit reporting. Very dissapointed with this whole ordeal,,,,,and just wished I had seen this sight first. My credit card had been canceld right after I got the pills, it was stolen and reported as such. A good thing, God only knows how much I would have been billed. They waited almost six months and now telling me this will not be the last I hear from them........if any of you have got help, a lawer ect, can you tell me the best way to deal with this company. With so many complaints seems like they would have been shut down, very decietful and fraudulent to say the least.

I placed a call to the company you speak with outside calling center rep. Who tries to get you to keep the product and they will refund you $59.95 in 5 business days or you have to go to the nearest UPS store and return the product and in 4 weeks you will get her $79.90 added back to your bank account. I paided $7.95 to received the product which came thru the mail and I have to pay UPS to return product
