On September 5 2012 Melissa Stevens of Financial Adjustment Solutions contacted me in regards to a judgement I had against me from Northern Tire and Wheel in Modesto CA, Stanislaus County. Financial Adjustment Solutions accepted two different payments from me in regards to the judgment against me in the total of $723.06. I have documentation proving this, and bank statements showing payment to Financial Adjustment Solutions.
I used this information on December 3, 2014 to try to prove/settle my debt with the court of Stanislaus County and they denied my request, and recognized the answer from the plantiff that, Northern Tire and Wheel never hired Financial Adjustment Solutions to collect a debt on their behalf.
